Verity Law was founded in 2010 by Jay Rosloniec with a vision to provide clients with practical solutions in the areas of estate planning and estate administration, real estate law, business law, and mediation. Verity Law is committed to providing these services to clients using a fee structure that is fair and reasonable. Many services are provided on a flat fee. Jay Rosloniec has mediated large and small cases including contract/business disputes, real estate disputes, personal injury cases, and a variety of other cases. Jen Brom joined the Verity Law team in 2014. Jen’s diligence and exceptional client service has allowed Verity Law to grow while maintaining the quality service our clients expect. Very Law grew again in 2016, adding attorney Lisa Roelands. Lisa’s focus is in estate planning and administration, real estate law, and business law.

Jay Rosloniec

Jay Rosloniec opened Verity Law in December of 2010 after 12 years practicing in the areas of estate planning and administration, real estate law, business law, and mediation. Jay enjoys getting to know each client personally and working with clients to find practical and effective solutions to their specific legal needs.

When not in the office Jay spends his time playing hockey, traveling, and tending to his flock of chickens.

Lisa Roelands

Lisa brings her background in real estate transactions to Verity Law and emphasizes her law practice in business law, real estate law and estate planning.

Lisa focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate matters, and corporate work. In all areas of her practice, Lisa strives to make the process as smooth as possible by providing practical solutions and tailoring plans to each client’s specific needs.Outside of the office, Lisa spends her time volunteering on a local Board and exploring the greater Grand Rapids area.

Jen Brom

Jen provides exceptional diligent service in the areas of business law, real estate law, and estate planning.

Jen started working at Verity Law in 2014 as a legal assistant. A strong background in organizational skills and maintaining client relationships made this position a great fit. Jen provides legal support to the Verity Law team relating to estate planning, estate administration, business law, and real estate law. This includes drafting documents, maintaining an electronic and paper filing system, coordinating client consultations, and maintaining client relationships throughout the legal process.Outside of work Jen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and is an avid reader.
